Shipping Information

At By Aisling, every order is carefully prepared and shipped directly from our manufacturing partner to reduce waste and allow us to offer premium designs without holding excess inventory.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During new collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Australia

Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days

New Zealand

Estimated delivery: 8–18 business days

International

Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery timeframes and may vary due to customs processing, peak seasons or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $150.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate shipments depending on stock availability.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Exchange Policy

 

At By Aisling, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and in original condition.

  • Have all original packaging and tags.

  • Show no signs of wear, damage or alteration.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on shoes that have been worn outdoors or are not in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or colour, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos showing the fault.

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will provide a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We will also cover any reasonable shipping costs associated with faulty products.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Sale Items

Sale or clearance items may only be returned if they are faulty or where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return has been inspected.

Please note your financial institution may require additional processing time.
